After graduation, I served as a missionary for 2 years in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, New Foundland). In fact, Cory Naegle was there at the same time. Once home, went back to school, and at an ASU event, met my wife. Bounced around different jobs until I found my niche in 1999. Life is good! Built a home in Queen Creek in 2004 and couldn't be happier. Why Queen Creek? Perhaps because it feels like Gilbert did 20 years ago, great place to establish roots. I still love golf and play as often as I can put 5+ hours together uninterrupted, I took up hunting a few years ago and absolutely live for it. |

I remember all the travel time spent with the Gilbert Tiger Golf Team and Mr. Beebe. We didn't win very often (actually we were horrible) but had a lot of great times abusing golf courses around the state. Who would have guessed that golf would become such a popular sport, thanks Tiger... If anyone is ever looking for a fourth, give me a call! |

Hawaii with my sweetheart, 2007.

The Ashby's in Utah 2007

Ethan (Our oldest) and I in Alaska, summer of 2007

For those who don't know, Shawn Forsgren married my little sister Jennifer, I heard him complaining that not enough people are updating their sites with pictures of their families and themselves. I noticed that even though Shawn is complaining about others not adding pic's, his site doesn't have any either. So I thought I'd help him out, because that's the kind of bro-in-law I am. Here is Shawn enjoying the Mexican sun last summer on our family vacation...

A successful archery deer hunt doesn't always end up with venison in the freezer, sometimes you have to settle with less...January 08'.

My family at my brothers wedding reception in June 08'.

First Deer taken with my bow from 51 yards in Young, AZ last week (8/26/08), yeah, he's a little on the small side but he'll taste great...

Born early this morning 9/24/08. Tricia is doing great and so is Clayton.

Merry Christmas from the Ashby's 2008

My first Antelope...with my bow (8/22/09). 89 yards, best shot I've ever made!
