I've taken some time off of work to be at home with Julian for awhile as I have never been presented with the opportunity before......OK! I lost my previous job due to this cruddy recession (and maybe a long lunch or two...whatever!) However, I am beginning a new job in pharmaceuticals on Aug. 18th, I am very excited about that! It's a fabulous opportunity and Julian is now back in school (6th grade). That wondrous time as a stay at home "maaaaaam" (silly boy says it like "Cartman")sigh...has now come and gone. Over the Summer, Jules and I played lots and lots of Guitar Hero!
Then we got Rock Band in July. Julian really enjoys it and I refuse to play his other video games with him, they make me feel extremely stupid. My turn lasts about 20 seconds and his turn lasts about 20 minutes, it gets quite boring, so this is something we can play together. What have I been up to since 1988?? Man! Sounds like the ice age! Anyway, I'm afraid we will just have to wait for the bargain bin novel for that long and strange tale!
Or catch me after a few drinks...That usually works too : ) |

School Story: |

I loved being at Gilbert High School. I had never been to a small school before and it was an AMAZING experience! I met a myriad of great people! I was even lucky enough to have made a few lifetime friends that I cannot imagine my life without today!! I had the biggest crush on Mr.Guggisberg.....I know! But I did....A HUGE crush! Maybe it was the Beatles poster in his classroom, the stories he read in English class or the way he spoke French with that mustache of his? (Terri B. said I should clarify that the mustache thing is a joke...I hate mustaches! but...I did la la la looove Mr.Guggisberg despite his hairy upper lip)I dunno!! He broke my heart circa 1987 when he came into the espresso 'n tart shop at Fiesta Mall where I worked with Jon Hickman......with my CHOIR teacher! Early in the a.m.!! Ms. Schultz, you slut! Ha!! I was devastated! True Story!! |

Prom Sophomore year, Mcklintock High (kids Terri Buntin and I met at the Thompson Twins concert at the 1985 state fair)I went with one of my first of many gay boyfriends.
