*Guest tickets are also $35.

REUNION FAQ

 

 

Q: What happened to our reunion being at LaFontaine Bleue?

 

A: Sadly, lack of participation from our class has caused a change in venue. However, that doesn't mean we won't turn up at reunion! Your officers are working hard to make this a memorable event and moving to Ferndale definitely gives us more creative license to do what we want! Additionally, reunion is now more affordable for everyone! 

 

Q: How is the reunion price determined?

A: The price is based on our class size, location, and menu selection. A significant portion of your ticket goes towards the facility rentals , drinks and the buffet where our reunion is being held. However, your class reunion ticket price covers more than just the food. There are many other costs involved in planning a reunion that most people don't realize!  Entertainment, decorations and providing staff during the planning and actual night  are some additional costs that are included in the ticket price.

 

Q: Is there a deal if I'm buying a ticket for my guest? Why is their ticket price the same as mine?

A: When determining a ticket price for a reunion, we take the total costs and divide that by the estimated attendance. Our estimated attendance includes dates and spouses of the actual alumni. The $35 ticket price applies to both alumni and their one guest meaning that for two tickets, your total would be $70. 

 

Q: What should I wear?

A: The "dress code" is Semi-Formal. In general, Semi-Formal is defined as clothing that is more dressy than everyday or business attire, but not so formal as to include tuxedos or fancy gowns. 

 

Q: Can I pay with credit card?

A: Yes. We accept credit card payments through PayPal on our web page and provide a secure web processing to receive your payment and process your Registration Form and Questionnaire. 

 

Q: How can I find out who is going to attend?

A: Members who have registered will have an icon on their profile that indicates that they are attending the reunion. 

 

Q: How many guests can I bring?

A: You are allowed one (1) guest to bring to the reunion. Whether they are an alum of GB or not, their ticket is $35.

 

Q: Can I bring my kids to the reunion?

A: Sadly, this may not be the best venue to bring your children. 

 

Q: Can I bring outside food/drinks to the reunion?

A: Absolutely not! We have a strict contract with the venue that prohibits the presence of outside food/drink, and illegal substances among other things. Any person violating these rules will be dismissed from reunion festivities. If you questions about what else is not allowed, feel free to e-mail us at glenburniehs2010@gmail.com.

 

Q: Will you mail tickets to me?

A: No, we do not use tickets for the reunions. We will have a list of those who have paid at the registration table at the reunion.

 

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: Yes. A full refund will be given if we are contacted no later than October 31st, 2015.
