I called him Bam Bam in HS because of his physicality and demeanor, and he was a part of my immediate circle at GBS, through our 20's and well into the 30's.  We stood up at each other's weddings. Often the quietest one in any group, Mike was probably the most attentive and best listener.  He also could explode in raw tirade at or more likely about anyone who offended his sensibilities. I always loved to get him stirred up at a party although Mike was adept at doing the same to me, with some of his more punishing insights recorded in my senior yearbook. My heart now hurts for Sue and the family as the loss this sudden can only be devastating.

Sue

I am truly sorry to hear of your loss.

Mike and I were very good friends through high school and beyond, and spent a great deal of time together on the wrestling team, working out together, driving around in his dad's camero, and listening to his favoroite song at the time "Iron Man", by Black Sabbath.

Sheldon Minkow and I wondered why he had not responded to our messages in a while.

Sadly, now we know.

Mike was truly a great guy, and we shall all miss him.

May you find peace in this difficult time.

Rob Schnell

Sue, your loss is so difficult to comprehend. Mike was just an all a round nice guy in high school to me and yes a good listener. I am praying for God's richest blessings and peace and comfort for you in such a difficult time.
