This is a memory from a LONG time ago, but I went to school with David since 4th grade. I remember when he would get worked up or nervous during a test or something he would bounce his knee up and down really fast. I used to laugh because he would be so worked up and could not stop it. anyway, just something that I always remembered about him, and it made me laugh.

David was one of my best childhood/young adult friends. He made me better at everything we did.. Not only was he a great son/grandson, he was a great friend, a fierce competitor and a very hard working student. I often think about him and where he'd be at this stage of is life.. it's sad but on the other hand, he's in a much better place.

I won't mention the valpo and my mom's mini-van story but my second favorite story was during 9th grade basketball practice. David and I were not very good at running sprints but we had just finished and he was breathing hard in my face.. so I started breathing on him.. Coach Cook got sooo upset he took every ball off the ball rack and punted them into the ceiling tiles at Whiteman gym. The good ole days.

I was in scouts with David and he was an eager scout who learned fast and was no nonsense. He also knew when to make it fun. I was trying to upload a photo here but it appears maybe you can't. Anyway if anyone wants to see a young David Lee in Weeblos at Waterford Elementary look at my profile for the pic, sorry you have to look at my stuff too:(
