Michael Mullen
GOUVERNEUR- Michael D. Mullen, 35, Croton on-Hudson, formerly of Gouverneur, died Wednesday, April 4, 2001 at Phelps Memorial Hospital, North Tarrytown.
Mr. Mullen worked as a surveyor for O&H Hyde Park Inc. for three years and then for Ralph George Mastromonaco Consulting Engineers, Croton-on-Hudson, from 1992 to the present.
Born January 30, 1966, in Detroit, Michigan, son of David and Marilyn Parish Mullen, he graduated from Gouverneur Central School in 1984 and from Morrisville College of Technology in 1987.
A marriage to Lisa DeBenedetto ended in separation.
Mr. Mullen was a member of the National Rifle Association and enjoyed hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.
Surviving are his parents, of Gouverneur; his paternal grandmother, Ruth Mullen, Gouverneur, two sisters Mrs. Stephen (Karen S.) Garner, Port Ewen, and Mrs. Donald (Cheryl L.) Stockwell, Johnstown, two nieces and. two nephews.
The funeral was held at French Funeral Home with the Rev. Alan D. Kinney officiating. Burial will be in East Riverside Cemetery. Donations may be made to the National Rifle Association.
