Dave was one of my best friends at OHHS, and the only other Buckeye fan that I can recall, which was nice since Michigan is not inherently friendly to OSU fans.  We were in wrestling and track together and had lots of fun besides just hanging out.  Some of my best memories are of Dave and I in Mr. Quist's Physiology class having fun with all the dissections.  Some of the eyeballs do bounce.  He was a good guy and good friend.
