In Memory

Marsha Hirschman

Marsha Hirschman

On November 12, 2012, Marsha died at Overlook Hospital in Summit, New Jersey. Marsha was an advertising executive working for J. Walter Thompson, McCann Erickson&Ogilvy & Mather among others. She established her own agency. A great and generous lady wth an incredible sense of humor a nd positive energy, which she sirected to helping women move forward in the advertising business. She attended Trinity Church in Princeton, NJ. Surviving is her brother Ray of Princeton, NJ and several nieces.

I spoke with Marsha prior to our reunion. Although she was very ill, she had hoped to 'rally' and attend. This was not posssible but she did remember her time at GNS fondly. She loved her work in the advertising business and shared how she was the real Peggy Olson!

Marsha, RIP.  Your name has come up over the years.  I have a photo, senior year, we stayed over at Patricia Lennon's house.  What a great gal you were and much enjoyed with those who had the pleasure of your company.  This is sad news.

A real sweet heart. Always wondered what she did, one sharp young lady who left us way to early! Bob Spellmeyer

I was so sad to hear of Marsha Hirschman's passing.  I remember when I was planning our 50th reunion with Kurt,  that she was not well and could not attend as she was very sick.

I remember Marsha in high school as a quiet shy girl whose company I enjoyed whenever we were together.

Rest In Peace Dear Marsha.

Marsha and I grew up in the same building. We were friends from birth as our Mother's took us to Grace Ave. Park to play. We remained good friend through high school. I have many memories of not only Marsha but her parents and youger brother, Raymond.  I resentful had lunch with Ray when he was in Atlanta and I knew of her struggles and passing. I know now she is at pease and is not struggling any more. She was a great girl, a good friend and iI will miss her. Rest in pease. Bob Fischbach
