After leaving UW-Milwaukee in 1993 I married my beautiful wife Treena. I can not believe someone has actually put up with me that long!
I spent a couple years teaching technical theater at St. Norbert College before moving back in the professional world producing theater in Florida until 1998.
Treena and I returned to Milwaukee after nearly 3 years in Florida (too darn hot down there!) where I began producing at the Skylight Opera Theater before leading an Arts and Education company (The Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts) just outside Milwaukee.
In the fall of 2007, I was named Executive Director of the Milwaukee Ballet Company and continued there until early 2014. After taking a six month sabbatical (something I highly recommend anyone do!) we landed in Portland and became the Executive Director of Oregon Ballet Theatre. We enjoying the fantastical land that is Portland Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. It is a gorgeous part of this country and we enjoyed the exploration.
In 2017 I returned home and became the President and CEO of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation. It’s been an absolute dream. Treena continues to pursue freelance work as an artist while we both chase our two little girls, who are the center of our universe.
