Leslie and I are celebrating our 24th anniversary on 6/2! We enjoy travel and spending as much time as we can at our home in the mountains (Montreat, near Black Mountain). Left ASU after 3 party filled years with no degree. Leslie and I were married in 1984. Spent 13 years in the furniture business in various capacities. Finished my BS at Greensboro College in 1996. Got involved in the construction business with my friends Jim Hughes (now deceased) and Bryan James (both GHS 1977), and remain happily here. Life has been good. |

Spent way too much time looking for a good time rather than attending to my school work! Working in the kitchen at Wesley Long Hospital after school. The rope swing at Belews Creek. Fiddler's Convention. Ms. Coleman's typing class - I still type with two fingers! Hanging out at Hamilton Lake and the pool. My '65 red GTO. Blowing Grub Lay's doors off his Laguna down Friendly Ave late one Friday night (he'll deny it, but I have witnesses!). Some other things that might get me arrested (what is the statute of limitations on HS pranks anyway?). |
