Steve Schrock died August 22, 1983 at the age of 21.  The cause of death was a brain aneurism.  He was survived by his parenst and a sister.

Joey Beck adds:  "Steve was an Army Vet, he was one of my closest friends at the time of his death.  He had a great love of golf.  He played his last round with Tommy Cowett on the day of his untimely passing at the wonderful Bur-Mill Par 3.  Steve loved life and he lived his to the fullist.  I miss him very much, he was a true friend."
