After I graduated high school I went to Troy State University where I finished with a bachelor's degree in K-6 Elementary and Collaborative Education. I have been teaching at W.O. Parmer here in Greenville since 2004. I graduated with my master's degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment in December 2007.
Matt and I began dating November 2004, got engaged in January 2005, and were married by June 2005. I know that seems kind of quick, but it was right for us. And we were blessed with Matty Grace in December 2006. Matt is the assistant head football coach and defensive coordinator for the Greenville High School Tigers. It is kind of funny that I ended up teaching at W.O. and married to a football coach. Life is great! I am truly blessed to have such a great family!
