Funeral Services for Mr. Pat Hull Gunn, 81 of Greenville, MS who passed on August 25th, 2022 at Allegiance Specialty Hospital will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. at Mortimer Funeral Home. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. Interment will be in The Greenville City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ricky Smither, Zane Jacobs, Mike Henry, Brent Mann, Mike Saxon, Barry Weeks, and Fuller Crocker. He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Lynn Edwards Gunn. His parents Frank Carlton Gunn and Easter Opal Gunn. His brother David Wallace Gunn and sister Allie Neal Gunn. He was survived by his son Jeffery Wade Gunn and daughter in law Tara Pennington Gunn of New Port Richey, FL. He is also survived by his two sisters, Polly Ann Gunn Weaver of Demorest, GA and Carol Hirsch Gunn Green (Carey) of Sylacauga, AL. As well as a sister in law Jo Anne Ward Gunn (late husband David Gunn) of Caledonia, MS. He is also survived by 2 Grandchildren, Brittany Gunn of Clearwater, FL and Peyton Gunn of Jonesboro, AR and numerous inlaws, nieces, nephews and cousins. Pat had a very successful career in various roles including Tool and Die, Maintenance and Facilities at Nicolson/Cooper Tools in Greenville, MS. He retired in 2002. Pat was a big supporter of Washington County Baseball and Washington School while his son was growing up. He was also a big softball supporter at Bayou Academy while his grand-daughters were attending there. In his free time and after retiring Pat loved to hunt, fish, and watch sports. Pat loved the family dog, Reese dearly. Donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital. Mortimer Funeral Home in Greenville, MS has been entrusted with the arrangements.
