Life is good. I teach 200 7th and 8th graders Spanish at Los Cerros Middle School in Danville, My husband, Gordon, is retired, and we love to travel at any opportunity. He is ready for me to retire so that we can take advantage of travels during the school year. Our seven grandchildren keep us very busy, but what a joy it is to be a part of their busy lives since they are all between the ages of 1 month to 11 years. We now have five grandchildren living here in California with two living in Colorado Springs. Daughter Nicole is an Air Force Acad. graduate - now retired to full time mom, but her husband Jeff is on active duty with the Air Force.

Since my brother Kelly Klein graduated in 1959, and my brother Bob graduated in 1960, we three have lots of memories of Greenville High School. Those were really busy years for all three of us, and the memories of good friends and good times have been shared by us throughout the years. I often tell my students about "senior parties." They often come back with junior or senior prom photos to put on classroom walls, and they want to hear about our parties. What a super experience it was for us to share as a class during those fun times. I wish my students today could ahve that kind of class bonding. Of course, our local high schools have about 600 graduates a year -- so that was not quite like it was for us. What happy memories!!
