Welcome to the Class Of 1984's web site.

In preparation of our 30^th year reunion, we will be holding a 50/50 raffle for fundraising. Tickets will be $1.00 each or 10 for $5.00. Linda Rood will be handling the funds for this raffle. For those who are interested in participating prior to the reunion, please mail checks to Linda. See below for payment details. She will email or mail you a copy of your purchased tickets. Tickets will also be available between 8:00 – 8:30 p.m. during the Friday night get-together downtown. Just look for Linda. They will also be available at the Saturday picnic. The drawing will be held at the picnic. You need not be present to win. We currently have $100.38 in our account.

For the Saturday picnic, we ask that those who live locally bring their own lawn chairs. Lemonade, tea, coffee and punch will be offered as a beverage. For those interested in drinking alcohol and soda, we ask that you bring those items with you to the picnic. Although hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided for the picnic, we are asking that those who live locally sign up to bring a dish to pass. Linda will be sending out an email shortly detailing the items which we will need. For those who live out of town, please feel free to submit a nominal donation to help cover the costs of this event.

Activities include swimming, fishing, kickball, volleyball and Karaoke. There will not be a life guard on duty, so we ask that all parents keep a watchful eye on their children near the water.

Checks for donations or the raffle may be mailed to Linda Rood at 830 Lick Street, Groton, NY 13073. Please make checks payable to GCS Class of 1984.
