ANNOUNCEMENT OF GREAT IMPORT!!!!!

EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 28, 2013 THE GUTHRIE HIGH SCHOOL WEBSITE WILL CEASE TO EXIST.

We (Charles and Allan) have evaluated the effort involved in maintaining the site verses the participation by our classmates and have determined that the site is of little value to most our classmates.

We (Charles and Allan) want each of you to know that we have enjoyed creating and maintaining  GHS59.com. We believe it has served its purpose. 

With the advent of social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter the need for a static website has passed the way of the black and white TV. A while back, we created a Facebook page entitled GUTHRIE HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1959. You might want to take a look and join the group. Several of you be-friended the page when it was created. If you are interested in keeping in touch with classmates you might try Facebook.

If you wish to "protest" or make comments regarding the decision that we (Charles and Allan) have made regarding the impending death of GHS59.com, feel free to email or call Charles or Allan at anytime prior to 8:30 pm (at our age we need an early bed time).
