OMG!! When I signed in and seen that Tuffy passed away was a total shock. Mike and me knew each other since the 3rd grade. Being that I lived across the street from Dickinson he use to try to cut thru my yard all of the tie. My mom would catch him of course preach to him but Mike always had that smile that nobody could be mad at. I would come in the door after school and there sitting would be Mike. Needless to say after a while my mom kinda adopted him in and he got me into trouble a few times with mom. We had our fights but he was always there especially to make me laugh when I was sad.
I cant begin to express my deepest sympathy for his family.
Mike RIP and you will never be forgotten especially for your sense of humor and smile oh and of curse I can forget "your charm".

AS I SIT HERE THINKING OF MY DEAR FRIEND MIKE I'M GOING OVER ALL THE MEMORIES OF HIGH SCHOOL.THE POWDER PUFF GAMES, ALL THE FOOTBALL GAMES AND REMEMBERING HIM AS ONE OF THE STAR PLAYERS FOR OUR SCHOOL. IT WAS VERY RARE THAT YOU SAW "TUFFY" WITHOUT A SPORTS UNIFORM ON.HE HAD THE BIGGEST SMILE. HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED. MAY GOD COMFORT HIS FAMILY AS WE ALL CELEBRATE THE HOMEGOING OF OUR CLASSMATE....MIKE RAGLAND

Tuffy was a great Friend of Mine. I'm sorry that I didn;t have much contact with him after we graduated, but I will always remember the great times we had in School R.I.P. so will be missed with that great big smile of yours.
