Eric W. Woodel, 19, 4820 East Lake Road, Harborcreek, died November 30, 1980 from injuries sustained in an auto accident in North East township.

He was born in Erie, a son of Judy Crandall and the late Gordon F. Woodel. He was a 1979 graduate of Harborcreek High School. For the past two years he made his home with his grandmother, Kay McIntyre.

In addition to his mother and grandmother, survivors include a brother, Jerry G. Woodel of Harborcreek, and his paternal grandmother, Irene Woodel.

Burial was held at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
