Your reunion planning committee has set the date of Saturday, July 28, 2012 for our 50th reunion. (Our original request for August 11 was not available.) Tentative plans are to have the banquet dinner at Shakertown. We are considering optional activities earlier in the day such as Shakertown's river cruise and walking trails and possibly a tour of the old high school building. Please put this date on your calendar. We will pass along details as they become firm. Visit the Shaker Village website at http://www.shakervillage.org.

The Mercer County Fair and Horse Show will be a two-week event with the second week dedicated to the horse show. Since our reunion will fall on this last Saturday and if you are attending from out of town, you may want to arrange your travel plans, accordingly.
Now some details on our reunion options. First, the HHS tour has been set up by Pat for 1:00 on that Saturday. The tour shouldn't take long so you can make the next option with minimal planning. Second is the Shaker Village river cruise. There are two times available: 2:00 and 4:00, each lasting about an hour. We are unable to make reservations for this, but you can arrange this at the river boat landing with your $10 fee. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled cruise. The evening activities will start at 6:00 as we renew old acquaintenances, followed by dining at 7:00.
