REUNION INFORMATION

Where:  Erhardts Waterfront Restaurant

When:  Saturday, November 13th 2010

Time:  Cocktails (cash bar) 6pm

           Dinner Buffet  7pm

           Dancing 8pm

           Closing 11pm

Cost:  $50 per person

            You may pay via PayPal or mail a check to me at Veronica Ramirez, 213 Middle Ridge Drive, Hubert NC, 28539. 

If you are in need of accomodations please let us know so that we can try to block a group of rooms nearby and get everyone a discount.

I am still in need of volunteers to help out with the event.  Please contact me if you can help in any way.

After closing the poll it was a majority for Saturday, November 13th, 2010.  Please save the date.  As previously mentioned the location will be Erhardts Waterfront Restaurant. 

Now that we have our date and location set, we are beginning to work on the details.  We will need YOUR help to make this a great reunion.  Below are a list of items that will need to be completed.  Do you and a couple others live nearby eachother?  Or, can you collaborate online?  Please take some time to let us know how you can help make this reunion great!

     Organizing something for the deceased    

     Getting group room rates organized for lodging nearby

     We need people to help at the registration table

     Organize a class gift to the school

     Organize decorations

     Also, does anyone have any suggestions on speeches, or people you would like to hear from?  Or, another idea on something you would like to see done at the reunion?  We would love your input.

We are also in the process of establishing a set up for onine ticket purchasing.  We are hoping to go through the PayPal system.  If anyone has used another secure ticketing system or works with something similar, we would appreciate your recommendations.

We still need to keep tracking down classmates.  November will be here before we know it and we want to be sure to invite EVERYONE!!!!  So please, take a moment to check and see who hasn't signed up yet.  Maybe they just forgot, maybe they lost the link.  Please take some time to make sure they are signed up.
