Rafael Joseph Santizio, of Old Forge, died Monday October 6,2008 at home. Born in Yonkers NY. Son of Medline Montez Santizo and Oscar Santizo. A graduate of wallenpaupack schools, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran of Iraq, an Electronics and a Nuclear Reactor Technician he earned the rank of Petty Officer Third Class. Also surviving are a brother, Christopher C. of Scranton; a sister Magdelena Santizio of Old Forge; aunts, uncles and cousins. Private funeral service will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Interment will also be private. The family will receive friends and family at the Patrick F. Guido Funeral Home 120 S. Main Ave. Friday October 10,2008, 6 to 8 p.m.
