BRUCE ANTHONY KLEIBER

JANUARY 12, 1955 - MAY 2, 1990

LOS ANGELES - Bruce Anthony Kleiber, 35, former Hays resident, died Tuesday, May 2, in Los Angeles.

He was born Jan. 12, 1955, in Marion, to Gene and Marianne (Theis) Kleiber.  His family moved from Pittsburg to Hays in 1970.  He was a graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian high school and Kansas Newman College, Wichita.  He worked in Texas prior to moving to Los Angeles, where he was a comercial underwriter for American STate Insurance Co

Survivors inlude his parents, of Hays; a brother, Steven, St. Charles, MO; and his paternal grandmother, Minnie Collins, Marion.

A memorial Mass is scheduled for 11 a.m. May 12 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hays, with Father Felix Petrovsky officiating; private burial services in the church cemetery.  The family suggests memorials to either the Ellis County Cancer Council or to the Thomas More Prep-Marian Endowment Foundation
