Always so sad to hear this news about a fellow classmate.  I didn't know him well but thought much of our brief contacts and association.

I am so sad to learn of Tim's passing.  I always enjoyed him so much during school & always seemed to be an upstanding individual with a very kind heart.  RIP Tim ~ my sincere condolences go out to his family, may the memories you have somehow help you along the journey of your grief.

Tim was my neighbor, and I have so many memories of playing “flies up “ in the street till dark. He was a wonderful and gentle soul. Bless his family......

Tim played fair, and that's a serious compliment.  I have no memory of ever taking a class with Tim but, like Carol Davidson, I do have lots of memories of playing various street games with him.  Among the other players, besides Carol and me, were her brother Bobby, Tim's brother, Ricky Dunham and sometimes his older brother, Ron Johnson (class of 64), and some others who occasionally would bicycle in to play with us.  Several of us rode the bus to Little Lake Elementary School together, then walked or bicycled together to seventh grade and, finally, to Hemet High together.  In my mind Tim Smith will always be a regular member of "that old gang of mine."

Tim was such a nice guy...always.  We had some really great times during high school.  But I remember the times during the first year of Mt. San Jacinto when we were all going to the strip mall in Banning to attend classes!!  It became a memorable time in our lives and we all hung out a lot during those times. And Tim was the low-key, sweet, cute guy who was easy to know.

I'm was glad to see him at reunions to talk about old times, and saw him occassionally when he & Connie lived across the street from my sister, Linda, and Carl Gonzales. R.I.P. Ebby....you'll be missed.
