From high school, I went into the Army from 1989 to 1997. I got married to Carrie Skelton in 1993 (1 of us finally talked some sense into the other). From active Army, I went into the Nasty Guard for a year - got tired of not doing my job and went into the Navy Reserve (been there since). Graduated with my nursing degree in '01 and work for the VA Hospital. Initially worked in the ICU for 5 years (except a small hiatus in the desert for a year.) Now work in the Emergency department and have started back to school (haven't learned my lesson yet and may eventually figure out what I want to do when I grow up.)
Have a 13 year old son and a 6 year old daughter who keep us on our toes. |
