Liane Schronce Watkins, 49, of Catawba, NC passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 25, 2019, at her residence. Liane was born in Tucson, Arizona to the late Howard Schronce and the late Barbara Jean Schronce.

Liane was sweet and loving as well as a lot of fun. Her family and friends loved her dearly. Unfortunately, the horrible illness of depression took over her heart and mind causing her to take her own life. Thankfully, Jesus already had her soul. Survivors include siblings Todd Bauguess and wife Tina of Icard, NC, Angela Willis of Hickory, NC, Tanya Hefner of Hudson, NC. She had 9 nieces and nephews whom she adored: Mallory Bauguess of Hickory, NC, Christopher Rudisill and his wife Lenona of Vale, NC, Tiffany Rudisill and her husband Tyler of Hickory, NC, Brandy Hefner of Mebane, NC, Mikaela Bauguess of Granite Falls, NC, Brianna Hefner of Hudson, NC, Mianna Bauguess of Charlotte, NC, Trinity Barbara Faith Hefner of Hudson, NC and Jacob Hefner of Hudson, NC 

A Celebration of Life will be held 7:00 pm Friday, August 30th, 2019 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church of Connelly Springs. 

The family will receive friends from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, August 30th, 2019 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church of Connelly Springs. 

Jenkins Funeral Home staff is not involved in the memorial service at the church.
