ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. It's the BIG ONE!! HPHS Class of 1973 50th Reunion!!

September 9, 2023 is the date for our 50th reunion! 

The Friday night (9/8) icebreaker will be held at J. Alexander’s in Northbrook.  Saturday night (9/9) THE MAIN EVENT will be held at Highland Park Community House (where our 40th reunion was held).

All updates are posted on the HPHS Class of 73 - 50th Reunion tab (on the left side of the page)

MAKE YOUR PLANS AND LET US KNOW (if you haven't already) IF YOU ARE ATTENDING via the survey below!

2. Hey Classmates!  We’ve got some exciting news!  

Added to the scheduled events of our reunion weekend, there will be a tour of the high school on Saturday, September 9 at 10 AM, awesomely arranged by our classmate, Cathy Nachman.  Those who are interested will gather at the main entrance on Vine Ave.  There will be parking available on Vine across from the main entrance. If parking there is full, there is more parking to the west of the building off of Vine just east of the viaduct.

We need to have a count of who will attend (I wouldn't miss it) as we get closer to the reunion. We will post a survey soon.

We can’t thank Cathy enough for her hard work on making this happen! She added, "Think you will all find the building changes worth your time!"

3. Hello again wonderful classmates - we have more great news!

Some of our wonderful classmates have volunteered to put together a collage/montage of all of our collective pictures from HPHS 1969 - 1973!!

Here's what we need from all of you:

1. All photos need to be from the 69-73 era including HP area pictures and high school pictures.

2. Include a short explanation (so they can caption this in) if possible including your name and if you can remember, who is in the picture and what it's about.

3. email all pictures to John Fink @ johnfink808@gmail.com.

4. Deadline to insure this project is completed on time is June 15th please.
