HPHS Class of 1982 40th Reunion!

The 40th Reunion party is Saturday September 17 at Sunset Valley Golf Course in Highland Park. We will celebrate from 6:30 to 10:30pm, with music from the 70s and 80s, heavy appetizers, dessert, coffee and tea, and a cash bar. Full-price, reduced price, and free tickets are available now.

NOTE - tickets sales will end at 5pm on Saturday, September 17 - therefore, only classmates who have RSVPed and purchased tickets in advance will be able to attend. No tickets will be available at the event.

Please consider also making a donation to the 40th Reunion Classmates Fund, which will support discounted tickets for classmates with financial needs. 

The schedule of events for the reunion weekend is listed below. Please note that there have been some changes.

Other than the reunion party on Saturday night which requires a ticket, there is no need to RSVP to the events. 

Friday September 16

5pm to 10pm – Dinner, drinks, music, and dancing at Highland Park’s OktoberFest at the Lot, located at 523 Central Avenue (in the parking lot east of the tracks and north of Central). Look for a Class of 1982 banner.

6:30pm – Football game at Wolter's Field (1080 Park Avenue W). A location to meet/sit will be announced next week.

Feel free to stay at OktoberFest or go to the game. You can come back to OktoberFest after the game too.

Saturday September 17

9:00am to 10:30am - Tour of Highland Park High School. Enter through the main door on Vine. Please arrive on time.

6:30pm to 10:30pm - Reunion party featuring music from the late 70s and early 80s, great memories with friends, food and drinks (cash bar), and a moving memorial. Full-priced, half-priced, and complimentary tickets still available at www.hphs1982.com 

10:45pm - ? - After Party - location to be determined

Sunday September 18

10:00am to 5:00pm - Bloody Mary Festival at Everts Park, 111 North Avenue in Highwood. Not really an "official" reunion activity, but why not give a plug to an awesome local festival?
