Garland H. Claxton, 57, Fort Wayne, Indiana, died Thursday in Fort Wayne.

The funeral will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Limestone Memorial Gardens in Athens, AL, with Mark White officiating and Limestone Chapel Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his wife, Linda F. Claxton; a son, Tim Claxton of Fort Wayne; two daughters, Lisa Claxton of Wilmington, N.C., and Sheri Claxton of Fort Wayne; his father, Lurel Claxton of Athens; three brothers, Robert Claxton of Hobart, Indiana, Bill Claxton of Athens and Wendell Claxton of Russell Springs, Ky.; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
