Lawana looks like that email you sent out did some good. Let's set a goal to have a profile on everyone by the reunion. For the ones that do have a profile completed try and add some pictures to it if you haven't already. See everyone in Hope.
Hey Preston, I didn't do the Chuck Berry duckwalk because I'm not as little as I used to be. I would probably end up in the hospital if I tried. Great job with the website. Keep it up.
Hello Every Body!!!! Just stopping by to say hello!! I love the site!!! Thanks Preston for the song--Can't wait to see everyone at the reunion. We have been working hard to get everyone notified. Please everyone come if possible--it will be fun!! See Ya There, Vhonda
Just thought I'd let you guys know that my husband, Tim, has written about our upcoming reunion on his guitar website - www.pickstroke.com - he posted over the weekend which highlights Steve Payne and Mike Huckabee videos. Check it out.
Ok, I know some of you don't like the Junior Class pictures that were put up in your profile. Well, thanks to Steve Payne I will change those pretty soon. I also will be trying out that other little thing I wanted to do. He has a 1973 yearbook I can borrow. I will also be reading all the letters and notes that everyone wrote to him. That's really why I wanted the yearbook. Just to read stuff. Catch ya'll on the 3rd.
Wonderful site, I have enjoyed seeing pictures and reading what and where people are at. Great job Preston, thanks so much for the time and energy put into this.
what a great website !!!!!!!!! I have really enjoyed reading about everyone and seeing their pictures. I hope to post some pictures of my family soon. Thank you so much Preston for doing this for everyone, especially those of us who won't be able to attend the reunion. Thanks also, for calling and letting me know about this website. Great job!!!!
Charles sorry to hear you had to change your plans. That's at least two of you. Steve Payne isn't going to be able to attend either now. I have already told them at work if anything comes up.... I quit. It wouldn't be much of loss anyway..haha. I mean the job not me.. :) See ya in a few days.
We just wanted to say thanks to everyone involved in making this a wonderful reunion. We had such a good time renewing old friendships as well as making new ones. Our only regret in visiting with everyone is that there was just not enough time. We left early on Sunday morning and made it home to Waco before 3:00 pm. We hope you all made it home safely too. We both look forward to the 40th!! Chester and Carla Pogue
Hey everyone. I have looked at all the pictures of this weekend and it looks like it was a great reunion. Preston and Lawanna, you have done a great job putting all of this together. I let Byron look at the website yesterday and we had a good time looking at the pictures and remembering things. Sorry I couldn't be there. You know I was kind of the "new kid" our Sr year. I had moved there our Jr year and most of you had been there forever. But, I made some great friends and have lots of memories. I have gotten several messages from some of you asking about Andrew's tour in Iraq and thanking him for his service. I have relayed that to him and it means so much to me that you care enough to say something. I am grateful every morning and every night that God has kept him safe. Six weeks and I will be a grandma---although just in name, not in mind or spirit. Thanks again for all the work and for letting all of us that couldn't attend share in the experiences. God bless and keep all of you!
Thanks, Becky, for the kind words. I was only a small part of this, just added my voice (that's what I'm best at! lol). In fact, I think I did the least of any of us! I'm glad that the reunion went well, and that everyone seemed to enjoy it. I know I did.
