Happy New Year to the class of 1988!!! I hope you each have a safe and prosperous year.
I am like the rest of them, any type of get together for the class of 88 is fine with me. Some people might not like cruises though, they get sea sick. But I'm sure people are scared to fly too, so anything is good for me. I'm a Struckman, so you know me, I will come to a party! But we do need to plan in advance if we do a group thing.

Hello Everyone,

I have been away for awhile but I read through the posts and I think a cruise trip would be great. I agree we need everyone commit before we start planning it all out. Count me in; I know in 5 years the military and their last minute duties will not be a problem for me. Retirement, coming soon. I hope everyone had great Holidays and a wonderful New Year's. It was COLD in Rotterdam. Keep me posted on the cruise.

First I would like to say thank you for remembering my birthday to everyone who sent me a message. I am very happy and blessed to have great friends like you. Mandy you don't know how it felt to know that someone thought enough of me not to forget. I always try to call people on ther birthday but everyone always forgets mine.
On last night they had abenefit program for Ricardo Prater's mom.Right afdter our reunion his mom took sick and they almost lost her. I know Rick is a very private person, but I felt that classmates around Hope should know that she has improved. She looks well but there is still room for more improvements. I am asking that we as a class continue to prayer for Mrs. Brenda, she was supportive in the things that we as a class would do, and Elanie and myself represented on the class behalf last night. The program was very nice and they raised a nice offering for her. Alot of our classmates have lost either a mother or father, but those who have been blessed to still have their parents should be grateful that the Lord has allowed you another day with them. Please do this for me when you know of someone in our class white or black call me I will pray if don't no one else. Life is too short, I learned that the hard way. Be Blessed Melinda

Thanks for the short message Melinda. Just kidding. (LOL) Seems like all our parents were busy around this time cause is a different birthday every day. I just want to say Happy Birthday to all February and March babies so I wont miss anyone. I'm trying to get home to see my folks soon and i hope I can use that time to spend with you all also. Maybe we can go out and eat or hang out somewhere away from the young knuckle heads. Maybe the 2nd week in March.

Hello, everyone! Looks like the message forum hasn't gotten many posts lately--I'm sure everyone has gotten busy again with LIFE. I know we have in Richmond! We should all discuss some kind of fun gathering in the future. We had discussed a mixed reunion with other classes since it seems not many people tend to show up to the reunions--just a fun weekend somewhere in the next few years. May or may not work--we'll see. Hey you guys, I know you can get ready for another long response. First I would like to say Happy Birthday to everyone, and Happy mother's day to all the ladies of 88!! I have been procrastinating because here over the past fewe months we have had some classmates who have had death in hteir family. I would like to send out special prayers to the following classmates Jackie Eason(mother)Teresa Dixon (Father), Wendy Struckman(Grandpa, I Think)Kacos Smith (mother). I have resolutions for all of the families but I have been busy with my own things I kept puttin it off. If I forgot someone Please forgive me!!!
