I graduated with a BA in Computer Systems Management from St. Edward's University in 2001.

I sold political t-shirts online for a while.

I was the office manager for a wholesale organic coffee company in Austin for three years and then did the events management and booking for the affiliated coffee shop and music venue for the same company for a year.

Most of 2011 I spent living by myself on the side of a mountain next door to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

I have a background in html, css, website accessibility, and the Drupal open source website content management system.

I have my own website publishing project, AustinTex.com Online Insider's Guide to Austin on the Drupal platform.

I am also the owner of Sand Tiger Online Marketing, specializing in search engine optimization, press releases, email newsletters and social network marketing.

Recently, I have been contributing some articles to the online newspaper, The Austin Post.

My very best friend in high school was Tom Jenkins. Tom and I had lots of adventures at Westchester including a couple of proms and ate lunch together probably every day for four years. I still love him dearly even though he passed away over 20 years ago. I have often thought how much he would have loved the Internet and stuff like Facebook. Gone but never forgotten, at least by me.
