William Hunt Fisher, II, age 53, passed away on Sunday, November 27. Born February 19th, 1963, a resident of Memphis, a city he loved dearly. He was a father, grandfather, brother, son and a friend to countless. Hunt had the gift of laughter. His infectious laugh will always live within each and every person that crossed his path.
Hunt leaves three children, Maggie Blakemore Fisher, William Hunt Fisher, III, and Samuel Tucker Fisher; they were his soul. He loved them with all that he had. Peepaw to Jackson Thomas Fisher, his grandson was his heart. He also leaves his mother, Joyce Riser Fisher; sister, Leila Fisher Schmeisser; brother-in-law, Harry Christian Schmeisser, III; three nephews, William, Michael, and Hunter Schmeisser, that he loved deeply.
Hunts' father, James Donald Fisher, known affectionately as "Pop Bone", preceded him in death.
The countless friends he had and other family members were his life. Hunt Fisher had an impact on everyone that had the honor of knowing him. An original Pig Diamond, BBQ was a gift he was wholeheartedly fond of. Hunt Fisher will be more than missed; he will be celebrated.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 10:00am at St John's Episcopal Church 3245 Central Avenue, Memphis, TN 38111, followed by Memorial Service at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or charity of choice.
