John Julian Barrilleaux was only 23 years old when he died as the result of a closed head injury caused by a two car accident.  John was driving one of the vehicles on Highway 6 around 12:30 am on October 30, 1982.  He was in Hermann Hospital until his death on November 3, 1982.  He was employed as an electrician at the time of his death.
