William James Bill Pennell, 62, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at his home. Bill was born in Youngstown, Ohio on November 17, 1950 to the late James Buchanan and Edith Ellen (Bliss) Pennell. He served in the United States Marines during the Vietnam War. Bill is survived by his wife of 36 years, Moria Anne (Coole) Pennell; daughters, Amy (Mike) Fiedler, Lindsey (Russell) Pennell; sisters, Barbara (Steve) Conti, Ruth (Ron) Epling; brother, Thomas (Peggy) Pennell and granddaughters, Kiersten and Carly. There will be no services at Browning Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made in Bills honor at any Old National Bank.
