Comments:
I went to Auburn on the five year plan, finally getting my degree in Mech Engineering. Then since I was in NROTC, I got commissioned the same day as graduation and started getting paid WAY too much to have fun in Pensacola going through flight school. After that, I got trained to be a weapons system operator/co-pilot in carrier jets in Washington State (where I met my beautiful bride). After that, we were assigned to Japan (near Tokyo) for three years followed by another tour at Auburn as an NROTC instructor, then a couple years in Norfolk, VA, back to Washington State, and finally to San Antonio. I did manage to spend a little time in and over the desert in during this time.
