Welcome to the J. O. Johnson Class of 1990's 20th Reunion! 

 

This is one of the "big ones".  We hope you can make it!  This page contains links to all of the information you need to register and start planning for the 20th Reunion weekend.

By logging into this site, you'll have access to Registration, the Classmate Directory, online Dues Payment, and more features. 

Registration

REGISTRATION
You can register and pay for the Reunion at the Reunion via this website on the tab entitled “Reunion Info & Reg.”.   To attend the reunion, you MUST submit payment by midnight PST Friday, August 13th . 

 

Fee per Classmate or Spouse/Guest: $75 each

Fee per Additional Adult for picnic: $20

Fee per Child for picnic (13 to 18): $10

Fee per Child for picnic (5 to 12): $5

Fee per Child 0-4: Free (limited to 3)

 

Wrist bands will be required for eating at the picnic on Saturday.

 

Late and Walk-In RegistrationAre not an option.  To pay vendors, secure venues, etc.  It is imperative that ALL payments be recieved by August 13th so that we can provide final counts to the vendors.

The Host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn-Huntsville South. 

 

Alumni should use the following procedures:

Group Rate: $89.00 + tax (includes breakfast)

Arrival Date: September 2, 2010

Departure Date: September 5, 2010

 

Cut off Date:  August 20, 2010

 

There are 3 easy ways to book your reservations:

 

1.  Website

Visit www.huntsvillesouth.hgi.com, select dates and click "Continue".  Scroll to "Special Accounts" and input your "Group/Convention Code" - refer to above.  Select room type and click "Continue".  Enter individual information and click "Book Now".  Note your confirmation number.

 

2.  HGI Huntsville South Local Number

Call 256-881-4170, inform the Reservation Specialist that you would like to reserve a room for the Johnson High School 1990 Reunion or give them the Group Code.

 

3.  (877) STAY-HGI

Call (877) STAY-HGI, inform the Reservation Specialist that you would like to reserve a room and give them the Group code.

 

Reservations must be made by August 20 to ensure group rate.  Should you need more information on the hotel or the local area, please visit the website at huntsvillesouth.stayhgi.com or call the hotel directly 256-881-4170.

 Prices listed are per night and include breakfast daily.

If you find you cannot attend the Reunion, you must cancel your room reservation 24 Hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

CLASS PHOTO

Included in your registration is a photograph of the Class of 1990, which will be taken on Saturday at 9:00 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn-Huntsville South. 


MEALS

As you register, you indicate the number of adults and children who will be eating at each meal (Saturday picnic and banquet-adults only).

If anyone prefers vegetarian or kosher or has a special dietary need, please so indicate during your registeration.  If you have questions about meals, please email joj20yearreunion@gmail.com



CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Refunds: Although we know you will make every effort to commit to attending Reunions once you have registered, we understand that unforeseeable events may necessitate registration cancellation. Due to the fact that we have already made deposits to vendors and services that cannot be refunded to us, we must set limitations given to our classmates who cancel their Reunions registration. Please note that refunds will only be given to registrants under the following conditions: Cancellation notification is made via time-stamped email to registration@jojohnson90.com, and such notification is made by 7/1/10 (for 100% refund), 7/2/10 to 8/1/10 (for 50% refund), 8/2/10 to 8/15/10 (for 25% refund), after August 15th, NO refunds will be made.  Note that these refund deadlines do not pertain to hotel reservations that have been made separately from Reunions registration.
Refunds will not be issued until after 9/6/2010.
