General Information:

Welcome to the J. O. Johnson Class of 1993’s 20th Reunion!

This is one of the “Big Ones”. We hope you can make it! This page contains links to all of the information you will need to register and start planning for the 20th Reunion weekend.

REGISTRATION

You can register and pay for the reunion on the website www.jojohnson93.com on the tab entitled “Registration”.  To attend the reunion, you MUST submit payment by midnight CST Sunday, June 30.

Fee per Classmate or Spouse/Guest: $75 each

Fee per Additional Adult for picnic: $20 each

Fee per Child for picnic (13-18): $10 each

Fee per Child for picnic (5-12): $5 each

Fee per Child 0-4: FREE (limited to 3)

 

Wrist Bands will be required for eating at the picnic on Saturday.

 

Late and Walk-In Registrations: ARE NOT AN OPTION.

To pay vendors, secure venues, etc…. It is imperative that ALL payments be received by June 30, 2013, so we can provide final counts to the vendors.

HOUSING:

The host hotel is the Best Western Plus in Madison

Classmates you are responsible for making your own reservations/cancellations and should use the following:

Class Photo:

The class photo will be taken on Saturday night at the reception at 8:00pm at the Best Western Plus.

Meals:

As you register, you indicate the number of adults and children who will be eating at each meal (Saturday-picnic and Reception-Adults ONLY).

If anyone prefers a specialty or dietary need, please indicate during registration by email to jojclass93reunion@yahoo.com .

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Refunds: Although we know you will make every effort to commit to attending the reunion once you have registered. We understand that unforeseeable events may necessitate registration cancellation. Due to the fact that we have already made deposits to vendors and services that cannot be refunded to us, we must set limitations given to our classmates who cancel their reunion registration. Please note that refunds will only be given to registrants under the following conditions: Cancellation notification is made via a time –stamped email to jojclass93reunion@yahoo.com, and such notification is made by

 

 

*ALL registrations are fully refundable until May 15, 2013, however refunds will not be processed until after August 6, 2013.*

 

REFUND SCHEDULE

5/16 to 6/2 50%

6/3 to 6/30 25%

After 6/30 NO REFUNDS
