Feels like it has taken a lifetime to grow up, but low and behold....
after being laid off by Gateway Computers, Inc 2001 (as well as losing all my stock options when it went in the toilet- deja vu now, huh?)as a Business Project Manager, I decided to go full-time with the Army National Guard. I deployed 2003-2004 to Iraq and then realized my priorities after that experience and married the love of my life-Wade. We moved to DeSmet in 2005 to be closer to my job in Brookings and my husband's job in Huron w/ DM&E Railroad. I laterally transferred to Huron, 153d En Bn Jul 2008(where I originally enlisted in 1990)where I am currently full time. We love to travel and spend time with the kids, when we're not working, which seems rare nowadays. Hope to see you all at the reunion!!!
