Can You Believe We’ve Been Out of High School for Thirty Years?
The Planning Committee has had a fun time putting together a memorable reunion for the Class of 1981. This weekend will be a great way for us to share our stories and experiences since graduation. Many of you already made plans to attend, even if it meant traveling great distances.
If you’re someone who intended to buy a ticket, but life got busy and you forgot, it’s not too late. Reserve your spot now. We're looking forward to seeing you. In the post-9/11 era, friendships are more important than ever. If more of our classmates join us, it would make the thirtieth reunion even better.

Our Reunion is Three Weeks Away
We have special Red Carpet Gift Bags filled with reunion goodies for the first 50 people who buy tickets. Will that be you?
It's only three weeks until our 30th Reunion on September 23 and 24. We're really excited about it, and we hope you are too! The reunion committee is working tirelessly to bring this to life. Our plans include attending the Ben Davis homecoming game, tailgating, a post-game social at Union Jack's, a Poker Ride on Saturday, and a big reunion party at the West Indy Conference Center on Saturday night. We have a few other surprises in store for you also.
Over 800 of us graduated in the class of 1981! This reunion will be a great opportunity for us to reminisce about the good ol' days and catch up on life.
Tickets for the party are available at this website. They cost $45 now, and they'll be available at the door for $50.
Our committee has spent a lot of time and had a lot of fun putting this together. Please buy your tickets now to help this exciting event be successful and memorable!

Class Gift
This year we are adding a very special tradition to the Reunion Celebration.
The Class Gift is our way to join together and give back to the high school, the students, and the Westside community. Our gift is to raise money for the Larry Hurt Memorial Young Artists Fund, a scholarship administered by the Wayne Township Education Foundation.

What's the Dress Code for the Reunion Party?
We don't have a dress code for the party, but we have a dress suggestion. We suggest "Snappy Casual to Dressy."
Casual dress is fine for the other events of the weekend (football game, tailgate, post-game at Union Jack's, and the Giant Journey Poker Ride on Saturday).

This is Friend-Raiser Week!
Now is the time to hunt down all those lost classmates! We had over 800 in our graduating class. Let's find them! Look through your old address books, contact their parents or siblings, do a Google search. Tell every BD81'er you know to register here at our class website and buy their tickets for what promises to be a fantastic reunion.

Why is My Name Not on the List?
The list of names on our class website came from our senior yearbook. There were only 500 people in the yearbook, but 800 people in our graduating class, so many people aren't on the list. If your name isn't included, use the link at the bottom of the page to send me an email with a short explanation ("graduated early," "didn't take a senior picture," "moved," etc).
