Caught a truck full of spotlighters tonight. Seized 1 gun, two spotlights, and wrote tickets to two guys totaling about 2500.00 bucks.

Brent, I understand what you mean.  We have 80 acreas behind us that Missouri State College ag department owns and people are always trying to hunt.  I call soon as I hear the gun shots.  We just caught two guys with a killed deer on their 4wheeler.  My husband and I chased them down with our horses. LOL  But, the game ranger was around with us.  You guys stay busy!

Hey girl!

Up here in Osage county, we got a county the size of a small state and there are only 3 of us game wardens in the county and its one of the most poached counties in the state, due to our big deer. Gotta love dumb asses. LOL!!!

Hey to everybody, I haven't been checking this site lately but I will do better.  Hope everyone had a great new year.  Congratulations to our newest grandparents out there, it's really hard to believe that some of us have grandbabies, it's just so weird, I still think of us as being young and in school.  Anyway, take care and lets start talking about when we're having another get together.  Later~

Hey guys, my divorce is finally over as of Jan. 21st so after 23 years, I'm single again which is as weird as everything. I've still got my 19 and 16 year olds living with me and the EX moved with her parents to Winganon ( I've never heard of that place). If anyone has any advice on what to do next, let me know. I've read some profiles and it looks like I'm not the only '88 senior with a divorce "under my belt". Hope to hear from everyone sometime. Jody and Justin have emailed me and Lana just did today to say Hi. Say Hi if you want, I've got nothing happening now.

steve I wish you & your kids the best , divorce is never easy on anyone , all the advice I have is to keep your head screwed on straight and always think before you act , sounds kinda wierd coming from me , good luck , maybe a good hog hunt with a big knife would release some frustration

Hey everyone!  Sorry I havent checked in in like ten forevers!  I think it was over a year.  LOL  I have moved back to Texas.  Geez its hot down here.  Forgot about that.  But hopefully NO snow or at least not as much as when I lived up there.  Everything is going great with me.  I have two Seniors this year.  And my son will be a Sophomore this year.  We are staying with a friend right now.  And trying to stay in Plano.  So if anyone comes down give me a call.  Maybe we can have lunch or something.  Definately going to Nascar in November.  Now I dont have to worry about a place to stay.  Anyone wanna go?  I went to Talladegha last April for the race.  I'm hooked!  LOL  Well, hope everyone is doing ok.  I need to check in more.  Well stay cool or at least try too.  I have heard its just as hot in Tulsa as it is here.  Gotta love August!

Please join us on our Facebook page "Inola Class of 1988" to keep up to date on reunion plans.

Bobby, you're going to have to FINALLY get a Facebook page! ;)

Lana Bynum (McCoy)

Hello to all, here's an update on reunion stuff. Some of us got together a couple of times and came up with a plan. The weekend of Sept. 27th is looking to be the one. Inola has a home game that night in which we can come together and visit, like we did last time. Then Saturday night, we can rent a banquet room from 7pm-12am at the Hard Rock Casino in Catoosa. This would include Hors D'Oeuvres. That date is still open, we need to make a decision quickly with a deposit before we loose that date. I know we are all busy but this is our 25th and I feel we need to make the most of it!!! We have an idea for t-shirts as well. I'll be posting on this site as well as our Inola 88 Facebook website. Also, we can have a few rooms reserved for a price for those who want to stay the night. More to come.

Got a link sent to me thru my ex from Jody that I'm guessing the 30 year reunion happened at the Hard Rock judging by the carpet pattern and walls. Maybe I'm wrong. It'd be good to know when it was happening, but like Brent stated several years back, I guess facebook is taking over for messages instead of this site. Too bad since I don't do facebook, twitter, instagram, or snap chat. I still do snail mail.

I was kinda curious if everyone looked familiar after 30 years and some do judging by the pic.

Maybe I'll catch the next one if I can find out how. Be kinda fun.

Steve, that was the 25 year reunion.  The 30th us coming up September 8.

Well, I guess me sounding like an idiot hasn't changed any in 30 years, huh? Then again, I was guessing about the reunion time frame from the picture and.........was was off!!

Thank you Teri for the heads up. I've just noticed that no one hasn't posted on here anything in 5 years so I was curiuos if this site was over-looked. Ok, I'll mark it and see what happens.

Thank you again.

Hi Steve,

Good to hear from you! Yes, everything has moved over to the Facebook page. Should you get on Facebook our page is called Inola Class of 1988. Might you consider? ;)

The 30th reunion will be September 8th at 7p, at either Joleta's house or her family clubhouse, depending on the weather. We'll send directions and more details as it gets closer. There will be an 80's band, plenty of food, and we'll have a sign up sheet for those who'd like to bring a side item, although no one is expected to. BYOB and chairs. What is your email address and I'll be sure and keep you in the loop?

We'd LOVE to see you there! It's been a LONG time, friend!

All the best!

Sarah
