Janet Matthews, age 70 of Tecumseh, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Arbor Hospice with her family at her side. She was born July 1, 1941 in Jackson, MI , the daughter of Earl and Lucille (Lowe) Harkins. She married James Matthews on April 22, 1967, and he preceded her in death on August 13, 2007.
Janet is survived by her daughter, Sara (Alex) Robles of Charlotte; and five grandchildren, Sydney, Kristian, Brandon, Ryan, and Aaliyah. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents; one son Brett; five brothers and sisters.
