Wayne was in my second grade class. I knew him my whole life. He had a very sucessfull plumbing business which is still well established. He was an amazing person and is missed very much. Bless you Wayne and your family and loved ones.  Wayne went to be with the Lord August 25, 1997.

Wayne and I both worked at Maynards EXXON station on the corner of Cesery and expressway. We were there 1974 and 1975. Wayne was a good guy knew how to work on bikes and cars we had a blast working there pumping gas and servicing cars. I miss those days. The world seems to fast and complicated now!

I walked with him in graduation and remember what a nice, fun guy he was.  This is so sad to see. I had not heard about this until checking this site.

I never knew Wayne during High School. Only after did I meet him @ local parties and Jax beach back in the day when everybody hung out near the pier when you could still drive on the beach. Wayne was a real nice guy. @ the time he had a blue flat bed truck he had fixed up. Very mellow dude.

I did work for a very short time @ Woods plumbing with Woody Wood and Robbie Russell. Do not remember if Wayne worked there @ the time.

Anyway, rest in peace Wayne. The waves will allows be epic in heaven!

Wayne and I were roommates on THE senior cruise [ I'm shakn my head right now] he was another one of those personallities [I don't think I spelled that right oh  well] I partied with him also [go figure] I remember he had a dog that would go with him every where, well the neat thing he would kinda forget about him or something would come up and that dog would show up at his house sometimes from very very long distance. I don't know that's just how easily I'm impressed  I don't want to say anything wrong but I'm sure some of us are lu  blessed not to be on this list Oh yea my Mom said somebody called her house after the senior cruise and said because of me and some others I'm sure, that duval county may never go on a field trip again  wayne & I had a great time [I think]

I can't drive by a plumbing truck without thinking of you my friend.  You were always there with free advice and a smile.  My son still remembers "Mr Wayne" from Baileys Gym and your spigot hood ornament that squirted water.  You worked for everything you had, time to rest my friend
