Alan, had more friends than he realized. He learned alot about them in his final days. He really appreciated everyone's help. You know who you are. He asked me to say Thank You to each before he died. He is better off. He tried his best and loved his family til the end. A good friend and great athlete. Remeber how he could do a two hand reverse dunk in the 9th grade. Probably the only white guy in the history of academy basketball! Gone but never forgotten!
