Joseph (Joe) W. Stegner, died November 29, 2003, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Columbia, MO. He worked as a mail clerk at the Missouri Department of Revenue. He enjoyed studying history and was a big movie buff. He was always willing to share his celebrity impressions with you. He liked all kinds of music and being with his family. He was loyal to his friends, an excellent story teller, and got most of his enjoyment in life from making others laugh. He was baptized as a Christian in June 2003. He is survived by his parents, older half sister and brother, and his son Joe, who was born in December 2003.
