Nura died on 28 March 2016 at the age of 41 years. He died after 4 days of being ill. He was buried same day, around 5:44pm (GMT).
He was humble, kind and jovial; and he loved being around people. Some of us call him Shata Bad, some of us call him the Bush Doctor and to 2live he was Anur! We were fond of him and he entertained us with his many antics, from chewing razor blades to teasing Miss Clara (their JS1 White form mistress then).
Nura was man of the people.. As naughty and mischievious as he had been, he was never rude, never violent and never callous.
Our best wishes and prayers go out to Nura's family in this time. We can't imagine what they're going through but we hope God grants them solace and forbearance.
We pray Nura's soul find peace, forgiveness, mercy and comfort with the Creator.
We mourn you dear friend! Adieu dear friend!

Two people took an instant liking to me when I step into JS 1 Red. While Adamu Jeje adopted me as a daughter, Nura took me as his baby sister. And I never seem to do any wrong in the eyes of these two.
Even though I have lost contact with Nura, he's one of those I have always cherished. For he truly took his big brother role seriously. I got daily orange ice lolly money from Nura. When I look for my seat mate's trouble, Nura will chastise her for retaliating because she was much bigger than I was.
Rest well big brother. And may we be reunited in the best of conditions amongst the best companions in the best of places.
