Emeritus 2012

Several class members attended the Emeritus this year as guests of the Class of 1960.

The change of venue was a great success and therefore the Class of 1961 reserved the same facility for the 2013 Emeritus event.

Comfortable seating, A/C, disability access, alcoholic beverages available. music for dancing and bus transportation from and to Kane for those who did not care to drive. The bus made return trips to Kane at 2 hour intervals for the guests convenience. People actually stayed until midnight enjoying the company and music. In previous years to this change many people said they were home by 8:30PM from the event. No complaints have been logded to date. Number in attendance was the largest since the inception of the Emeritus.

The classmates who reside locally are responsible for most of the work involved in organizing this event. PLEASE offer your assistance, even if not local, by calling Natalie DeWalt or Linda Hedlund. Phone numbers are available in class list. They will need some guys to assist with decorating, etc.
