Veenendaal, best math teacher I ever had. I especially remember when his daughter was born; he was so excited. Great teacher!!

Mr. Rodgers was one of my fav. But I also really liked the other science teacher. Tall skinny guy, what was his name? I also really liked Mr. Russel (I think that was his name). He wasn't there after that year. He was my freshman English teacher.

Fav-o-teach???

"Hey-Now" - dont forget about Mr. Daniels... he definetly taught more about life after school then stressing his daily lessons... What about the Year book teacher - the one that couldnt lift his head???

As far as coach- of course- Mr. Bolden... What is the first thing you ladies think of - The tight pants or his perfect hair style??? What a guy but I will say-discipline and staying with - is what taught me a great deal... My 10th grade yr on JV football game was the lesson; I jumped offside 3x's in a row - he took me out of game- gave me the stare of death and asked me - "R U ready to play??" - "replying YES!" I turned back to the field and thats when I felt the hardest smack on my A_ _ 3X's... I never jumped off sides again for the rest of Harmon Football... It was full circle when my 12th grade year playing against Ward - I had a run block and tagged about 3or4 guys and we scored - going back to huddle-- there was Mr. bolden jumping up and down like a little kid along the side line... okay- story time over...Thanks Margie for the invite..Laters.

Amiee, the tall skinny science teacher was Mr. Britton. He was very nice. Remember he explained a lot of Chemistry equations to us.

I remember that BIG LONG BOAT of a car that Amiee McLain drove all over. Sometimes she would drop me off at home after band practice, along with 7 other kids and we all fit comfortably in the car. The car was HUGE.

Tiny,
Mr. Bolden is the principal at Schlagle High School now and asks me how you and Augie are all of the time. He speaks highly of your football team and all the good times he had.
I remember Friday nights (some vaguely) and cheering you boys on.

I had another math teacher at Harmon that stands out in my mind, Mrs. Cupkie. She is officially Mrs. Pittman now. Man was she crazy.

Another great memory from high school is prom. Luckily, I went with 4 wonderful girls, Stephanie Yancey, Michelle Webber, Aimee McClain, & Leann Land; we had a blast! After prom we got a hotel room and a few friends came over for more fun.

Wasn't Ms. Weidel our class sponsor? Anyone remember shorthand?

What happened to whats his name, the vice-principal that stole all our money? Mr. Daniels drew back on me in the office once. Whats his name(VP) grabbed him, needeless to say, ended my band career. What was Socialology teach's name? He was cool.

On Aimee's car/boat: Who can forget her wonderful windshield wiper cleaner?? It was her sticking her hand out of her window and spraying her side so she could see. That was great. Really liked it in the winter, no heat and she wore gloves to keep her hands warm and would have to take them off to spray the window down. Oh memories.

One of my favorite teachers was Mr. Buchanan. I laughed alot in his class.

Mr. McCloud, my senior year gave me some very valuable advice that I failed to acknowledge. Oh, if I only would have listened. Ha ---

Mr. McLeod and Mr. Leighton...totally fun classes!

Best teacher of all time (at Rosedale) Mr. Goben!

I can't remember everyone I took driver's ed with, but I do remember Tanya Koontz's scary driving (if you could call it driving)!! I remember sitting in the backseat with two other girls and holding hands in fear!!!!

Teresa-
The Psychology and Sociology teacher's name was Mr. Eighme, (not sure if that is how you spell it, but that was by far the best class. All you had to do was participate to get an A, and there was no way you couldn't participate, cause the topics were all over the board!

Not for sure if this is his name, the History teacher, Mr. Jenkins, I think? I really like him. He had a good sense of humor. All we really did was take notes in the dark from the projector. Then have a test over that. I remember Cupkie was a little eccentric. Was it Ms. Weetle, typing, she was a little wackie but she took teaching serious and I can now type because of her! All my yearbooks were damaged in a flood. So I can't really remember much! Guess I'm getting old. HA!

OMG 20 Yrs! I've just pulled out some photos along with the yearbook and cant believe how good we all looked..lol I have a lot of memories of running through the halls during office aide giving shout outs to those that were in class and of course marching band!

Teachers? What teachers? It was all a blur!

What about everyone's most remembered class mates? Mine would have to be Debbie Rodriguez. I loved having her in my classes. She was so goofy and fun. I wonder what she is doing now? Of course I could never forget my Aimee and LeAnne.
I was disappointed on the turn out for the class reunion. We didn't even have 1/2 come join in. Was anyone hoping to see someone that did not show up? Hope the next get together is a better turn out and maybe if for some reason or another you were not able to attend maybe throw some suggestions out and let's try to get more people involved.
Margie, Carol and Christina (and the families of these three) did a great job getting this ball started and rolling.
If the cost, date or location was not good for some give some input so we can have a full attendance reunion for the next one. Everyone understands finances we all have them and driving a distance is also understanding too. Let's work on this as a class and not leave it all up to these three out standing class mates to indure all of the planning and hours upon hours of family life that was taken away from them. You three did a great job for the "class of 88" and Thank you from Arlin & I. If you need help with the next one let me know and we will help in anyway we are able.
Hope to see EVERYONE at the next reunion.
Tiff
