Obituary for Jana Marie Small Dr.

Dr. Jana Marie Small 55, Springfield, passed away in her home early Sunday, after a long battle with cancer. Jana was born on January 20, 1961 in Kansas City, MO. She was a child Psychologist for Lakeland Hospital and had been an advocate for many years for children with disabilities.
She is survived by her two sons; Vincent and Alex Small, both of Springfield, one sister; Lynn Daniels Puckett, and her husband Loy, of Columbia, MO. and their children Lauren and Landon. Jana was preceded in death by her mother Jane Marie Julyan and her father George Leo Daniels. The family would like to thank Doug and Susan Small for their loving care through this time.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in Greenlawn Funeral Home South, with burial following, in Sinking Creek Cemetery, near Everton, MO.
