Beth - I have event planning experience and have planned things on the other side of the country from here so I could probably handle this from Colorado, if you just give me an idea of what part of town you think works best.  Also, you mentioned somewhere about doing something Sunday.  How about a breakfast/brunch at whatever hotel people stay at (of course open to everyone, not just people staying at the hotel).  Barb

Once the saturday event is a big more planned, we should know approximate locations.  Probably NOT the Plaza as our reunion weekend is also the Plaza Art Fair weekend.

 I would think that we might get a better hotel deal "away" from the Plaza since it's also the Art Fair weekend. I am also not convinced we should try for a Saturday night event on the Plaza because we'll be competing with a lot of traffic, etc., no?? I am assuming the art fair is huge? But I love the idea of an in-hotel brunch buffet...!
