Comments:

Since retirement, I have been involved in a volunteer work of a public ministry of 70 hours a month as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. This, and working 1 day a week at the same Fairmont hotel in Scottsdale Arizona keeps me busy, and happy. I always look forward to coming home to Kenosha to visit family and friends. My heart is in Wisconsin, but I like the weather here better.

I knew cheryl all through school, and I was jealous of her having those big dimples. She was a fun person who loved to laugh. Wally Glerum

I like all the songs from the sixties. I still would have enjoyed doing them with a karaoke machine, but that was not a popular idea I guess.

I knew Kurt starting in 4th grade when we went to Sunnyside. I was always jealous because he lived right across the street from school, and I had to walk it seemed, a long way! I also remember that Kurt was a fun-loving, happy kid all through school, when we played baseball at lincoln park, and even as I would bump into him each week as I stopped in to a favorite bar of his on my beer-selling route. It was on Sheridan road near 83rd street. I remember the time ( maybe junior high, maybe senior ) when him and Pat Adamson and a few others were doing a scit that called for one of them to come up on stage for something. They kept calling for Pat, until he SCREAMED "I don't want to" really loud. Then Kurt leaped out of his chair and jumped up on the stage. Whatever the scit was, I don't remember, but it was typical of Kurt. He was a one of a kind!!! Wally Glerum from Arizona
